What services do you offer?
We provide full-spectrum digital brand management for founders, public figures, and high-performing businesses who require strategic, hands-on brand management across platforms. Do you offer consulting or advisory services for in-house teams?
Yes. In addition to full-service management, Yasmine offers consulting for brands that already have an internal marketing team but need stronger direction, or senior-level oversight. This can include campaign leadership, content planning and brand positioning. Consulting is billed at Yasmine’s hourly rate and structured based on your organization’s needs.
What platforms do you manage?
We currently manage Instagram, YouTube and TikTok as our primary platforms. Management for LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat and additional platforms are available upon request and scoped based on strategic alignment. We prioritize platforms that serve your visibility and revenue goals, not just presence for presence’s sake 📢.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Our onboarding process is structured and intentional. It begins with a consultation to align with your vision, objectives and operational needs. Once you select your service tier, we finalize your onboarding agreement, secure account access and conduct and comprehensive audit. From there, we establish communication systems, define workflows and develop your initial content and growth framework. Onboarding typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on scope after which we move into active execution.
Will I need to create content?
We provide clear direction including content prompts, trend insights and curated shot lists. Depending on your package, we can either collaborate with you to capture brand-specific footage, manage on-site production, or create content in-house using product shipped directly to our team. As a Social Media Manager, will you be posting for me?
Yes. Once we’re onboarded, our team handles publishing, scheduling, optimization and performance monitoring. You won’t need to log into your accounts unless you choose to. Our role is to protect your time while protecting your brand presence.
Do you respond to comments and direct messages?
We manage all public-facing engagement during designated community engagement windows. Direct messages are typically reserved for the account owner due to their private and relational nature. In select cases, DM management can be structured into your package and clarified during onboarding.
How often will we meet?
Communication structure depends on your service tier. Basic packages include email support with a 48-hour response window. Mid-tier clients receive priority email support with faster turnaround. Premium clients receive priority communication access, including expedited email and messaging support. Live sessions and strategic calls are structured according to your package level and campaign needs.
How long does it take to see results?
Organic growth is a long-term investment. Most clients begin seeing measurable improvements in reach, engagement quality, and inbound inquiries within 90 days. Performance timelines vary based on industry, consistency, and market positioning.
Do you offer contracts or month-to-month services?
We strongly recommend ongoing monthly retainers to ensure strategic consistency and measurable growth. Short-term or sporadic engagement often leads to dips in performance and brand momentum. Additionally, due to our curated client roster, availability is not guaranteed for clients who pause and wish to return.
